Genuine Brose belt repair kit to change a damaged belt. This kit include the original Brose belt, gasket and seals. The replacement belt is made with the same compound of the new 2020 model, more robust than the original. Please, select the Brose motor model (S-T (aluminium), or S Mag (magnesium)).

Installation notes for the Brose belt:

- The belt tension screw should be tightened to 0.2Nm, or the belt will broke while using. For a correct measurement, first you need to clean the threads of the screw and then apply fresh Loctite 222. This tighten is made in the last step, after you close the motor.

- The belt must be generously coated with vaseline inside and out.

Remember tighten the Brose belt tensioner to only 0,2Nm (you can use our 0.2Nm torque tool).
