The Legion 1.1 inner wires are specially PTFE (Teflon) coated wire rope. Prior to coating process the rope is chemically modified to improve the bond strength of the PTFE to stainless steel surface, so unlike most of our competitors’ products it doesn’t peel off and choke the outer-casing liner. PTFE gives the excellent long lasting ultra-low friction characteristics, improves environmental protection of the wire eliminating corrosion thereby delivery long lasting cable efficiency.
