Prices

All amounts are expressed in Euros, which is the reference currency. All amounts expressed in foreign currency other than the Euro or should be regarded as approximate and subject to change by the change of currency.

The prices of the products are for sale include Value Added Tax (VAT) for all users of the European Union. If you have created an account, its location will take roughly based on their IP, so make sure you are seeing the prices with VAT included. Purchases made by the taxable persons (enterprises, institutions, organizations ...) residing in the European Union and provided with intra Tax shall be exempt from VAT (the breakdown would once contacted us), being prerequisite sending the document by e-mail.

Purchases made by individuals or legal entities resident in EU countries are exempt from VAT (the breakdown once contacted us would).

Because of its tax system, are considered non-geographical areas the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and therefore VAT does not apply. In any case, the user must settle the IGIC / IPSI and the costs of customs clearance receipt. These costs are not included in the product cost or shipping costs, and must be paid in cash by the user to the carrier at the time of delivery of the package.

Please note that the prices quoted for shipping costs, taxes (tariffs) on imports of the host country, which will be paid in cash on arrival by the receiver of the goods are not included.

TiendaMTB.com reserves the right to modify the commercial bids in www.TiendaMTB.com (changes to products, prices, promotions and other sales and service) at any time. The product prices are valid except typo, as have stock, with no accountability from TiendaMTB.com, with the possible lack of any of them.

Orders

The correct receipt of the order will be confirmed by TiendaMTB.com by a response via e-mail, sent to the email address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain Date and Time of execution of the order and an "Order Number" which was used in each subsequent communication with TiendaMTB.com. The message contains all data entered by the customer who must verify their accuracy and to communicate any corrections as soon as possible.

If for any reason TiendaMTB.com could not process your order, we will tell you asap. TiendaMTB.com reserves the right to cancel, without notice, orders that are not worthy of consideration. In this circumstance, if the customer has already paid and if the payment is credited, TiendaMTB.com proceed to Immediate repayment of the full amount of the order.

The preparation of the order will begin once TiendaMTB.com is satisfied that payment has been made.

We recommend that in case you need an item by a certain date request us confirmation of availability before ordering.

For every order placed on TiendaMTB.com will issue invoice issued equipment, sending it via e-mail to the owner of the order. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the customer when ordering is used. No bill may vary after being issued.

Bikes sent by courier and certain products, the fact of going packaged and protected, it must be noted that the user must make a final adjustment, for which requires a minimum knowledge to later be able to ride safely. Usually it's just a matter of putting straight handlebars, to check the tightening of the screws, mount the pedals and inflate the tires. We recommend caution in their first use to make sure it works properly. TiendaMTB.com will not in any event be liable for any damages or consequences of a bad installation by the user.
