If the buyer want to make use of the warranty, before need to contact with TiendaMTB.com indicating your contact details, date of purchase, the defective product and the problem you have. Depending on the brand of the product, we will inform you of the next steps for the speedy resolution of the issue.

The cost of collecting and subsequent delivery shall be borne by TiendaMTB.com unless the manufacturer finally established should not be applied guarantee for any specific reason. In that case, the customer must pay the shipping TiendaMTB.com generated.
