We ship worldwide but shipping costs vary according to the selected company, weight, volume, destination, etc. To have an estimate of shipping costs you don't need to create a user account or confirm the order. Simply add the desired products to cart and click on the cart. You will be sent to a page where you can see in detail your cart. At the bottom of that page, you can select your country and state to have an estimate of shipping costs. This choice is informative, so you can change it during order confirmation.

Shipping times for international shipments are merely indicative and can vary greatly regardless of the amount paid. TiendaMTB.com does not guarantee any delivery time, but we will endeavor to process with the transport agency any type of incident that may occur to try to solve it as soon as possible. Although we sent an email with the tracking link, do not hesitate to contact us for more information on the status of your shipment.

We can't make shipments to a post office box (P. O. Box) or similar. Transport agencies can only deliver to street addresses.

Shipping outside European Union:

Due to its tax regime, the geographical areas corresponding to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and others are considered Extra-Community territories. In any case, the user must pay local taxes and the costs of customs clearance upon receipt. These costs are NOT included in the cost of the product or in the shipping costs, and must be paid in cash by the user to the carrier at the time of delivery of the package.

For orders outside the European Union, duties and fees may apply to the customer in the destination country. These duties and fees are NOT included in the shipping costs of the order. Customs or the transport agency may hold the package until the duty is collected. TiendaMTB.com does not have any control of the customs duties of the different countries, so we advise you to contact the customs of the destination country to verify and know the import costs before placing the order.

Normally the transport agency will call to the customer and/or send an email with the information with the breakdown of the taxes to be paid in Customs. It is possible that said email could enter through the "Spam" or "Junk" tray, so be careful by following the tracking information to see when the package arrives in your country. Check that the email is real and corresponds to your order to avoid fraudulent emails. If you have any questions, contact the transport agency that we have indicated.

If these fees are not paid and the transport agency considers the shipment to be abandoned, TiendaMTB.com will not refund any amount to the customer. In case of finally being able to return it to us, TiendaMTB.com will only return the amount paid minus all the costs of shipping, return, and any other expenses that may have been generated (storage costs, fees, etc ...).

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

We try to have the optimal stock of all our products in order to make deliveries within 5 working days, but there are times when, for failures in the supply chain (manufacturers, distributors, logistics operators) is not possible.

In the page of each product, find the time to prepare the approximate order. For example "Shipping in 2-5 days" means that we need 2-5 days to prepare your order, after which it will be sent. At this time we must add the term of transportation to your destination will vary depending on the option chosen. For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and foreign countries, we must add 2 business days more.

In no case TiendaMTB.com will be responsible for possible delays in delivery by the transport agency. We will put all our efforts in the speedy resolution of the incident, but the customer can not demand any responsibility to TiendaMTB.com.

If the transport agency attempt delivery the order and the customer was not at home, the transport agency will call you or leave you a reminder note, so you can arrange delivery with them. Sometimes it can leave the package in a "Service Point" (usually a shop near you), so follow the updates in the tracking information.

Normally in heavy products, the transport agency will call before attempting delivery. It could be the case that the delivery would occur within the portal, street level of your home or business. The transport agencies are not required to upload the product to your home if it is not at street level, but most times, and as far as possible, the transport agency does what is necessary to leave the product in the customer's home.

All shipments are insured, so if there are any queries (loss, breakage, etc. ...), we will refund the purchase or send a new product. In international shipments in case of loss, the transport agency has 1 month from the date of shipment to find the package and deliver it to the customer. After this time, if the package is still considered lost by the agency, we would proceed to refund the amount of the order or to make a new shipment.

Upon receiving the package is mandatory that the buyer check that everything is OK and in perfect condition. You should check:

  • The number of packages delivered corresponds to what indicated in the transport document.
  • The packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, and no signs of tampering in materials closure (tape or staples).


If you detect a problem, you should indicate on the delivery note of the transport agency the anomalies found on receipt (packing in disrepair, do not match the packages delivered with the delivery note, etc ....).

If there is any problem, we only have 24 hours from the date of receipt, to claim the carrier, so call us immediately. Once this period the buyer will be responsible for costs incurred.

Any inherent to physical integrity or correctness of the products received problems have to be notified to TiendaMTB.com in the following delivery 7 days.

In the case that the customer rejects the shipment, the cost of the order will be refunded minus the shipping and return costs. The return costs will be considered the same amount as the shipping costs.
