SpeedBox for Brose, Shimano, Bafang,...

SpeedBox tuning chip enables you to duplicate the speed limit on your electric bike from 25km/h to 50km/h. SpeedBox is available for Brose (including Specialized), Shimano, Bafang,... electric bike motors.

When in use, the actual speed of 22 km/h will appear on your display. Then the speed indicator gets stabilized and keeps on showing the same value even at higher speeds.

SpeedBox for Brose stays active after being installed in your bike, so you don’t have to worry about turning it on and off.

When connecting the SpeedBox chip to an e-bike you will find connectors colored to make installation very simple. We have prepared detailed instructions and videos to make installation easy for you. Disassembly of our tuning chip is just as easy. If you have any troubles with installation or disassembly, do not hesitate to contact us.

NOTE FOR BROSE MOTORS: Version 3.0. Compatible with all Brose motors (S, T, MAG, Specialized), except for Specialized SL and Mag FIT motors. Activation with Walk button, or +-+-.

NOTE for Bafang motors: be sure tu select the correct model, before 2020 (3 pins connector) or after 2020 (4 pins connector). Compatible with Bafang Max Drive M300, M400, M420.

NOTE FOR SHIMANO AND BAFANG MOTORS: you can enable and disable SpeedBox using the "light" button if your installation have one. If not, SpeedBox will be enabled all the time. You will see half the speed when enabled.

NOTE for Shimano motors: Not compatible with Giant Revolt E+ (2022). Not compatible with ebikes with Di2.

NOTE: If you are planning to install SpeedBox on a brand-new bike, make sure you ride it for at least 1 km before the chip is activated.
